For Congregations: minimum 100 members and TV turned on by 10 hours per day/7 days per week.

For Advertisers: 50 daily clients and TV turned on by 10 hours per day/5 days per week.

You get an Atomic clock, Hebrew Date, Parashat and Shabbat start/end times.
A Carousel display with institutional messages (configured by the congregation), inspirational messages,adn advertisements
Local Weather and Congregation messages
A Footer with advertisements (only focused on Jewish community)

You, as a advertiser, pay for groups of 1,000 ad impressions (i.e. views) per month, so you will charged by CPM (Cost per Mille or thousand) per month. For example, if you want 10,000 impresssions, they are 10 CPMs per month. You decide the amount of impressions to pay.
